The Idle No More community has been working long and hard on many issues that affect The Tribes today which includes the Tar Sands Issue.
Founded by 4 Woman..this movement has grown and continues to grow.
They have stood in spite of extremely harsh and often violent attacks on their family members that have been largely ignored by the local police and the government at large.
I honor those Warriors here and am touched by their courage and persistence in the face of hatred and threats of harm to their life and their families.
