Nomi Prins - People Don’t Have Any Money

So, is anything in the financial sector actually fixed? Former top Wall Street banker Nomi Prins contends, “We have many trillions of dollars and government policy trying to basically cover up the holes in the entire financial system that could create another Lehman or multiple Lehmans. So, we have a white wash or a hole in the wall that’s been plastered over many, many, many times. The hole is still there. The danger is still there. The co-dependency is still there. The leverage is still there. . . .It all look like there has been this cosmetic shift supporting these banking institutions rather than supporting, from the bottom up, the economies of these countries. That has the effect of creating deterioration in any of the assets that these banks are still financing. . . . “Buying securities does not help people get jobs. It does not help industries to continue to innovate. It does absolutely nothing for spreading a foundation of solid economics throughout the population. All it does is make banks look better and cover these holes. Even with all that, holes continue to pop up and be visible, and that indicates a much larger problem. . . . People don’t have money. Even if the headline unemployment looks good, the reality is the jobs being created do not pay well. So, people don’t have any money.”

Prins also mentions that Greece was loan-sharked with the Troika loans so that they were stuck with  unrepayable debts. Greece should not be paying back such predatory loans that are being used to strip assets and hold the country to ransom. The new loans had nothing to do with helping Greece pay back its initial debt. A must see clip.

This is a good angry rant. In answer to Cenk's questions ...yes, the Democrat leadership is pathetically corrupt. Obama is a fascist. There is only one political party in Washington DC: it is the combined Democrat + Republican party representing the establishment elite and special interests.

The real enemy of US people is their Government. NOTHING will change unless the population is fully informed about the deliberate nature of the left/right deception (the political theatre show that is Washington) and organised resistance mounted to get the country back.

I wasn't going to address this but I can't stand it anymore.
Everyone is talking about it.
It's on FaceBook, on TV, in ads for Republican candidates and my friends have mentioned it and so have my children.

So lets be very clear here:
THERE IS NO PROPOSED MOSQUE BUILDING AT GROUND ZERO!
It is two blocks away and it's not a mosque! It is a proposed cultural center!
One other thing...IT IS IN A ISLAMIC NEIGHBORHOOD THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR EVER!

God Knows there is nothing more important to talk about than a proposed Cultural center Two blocks away from Ground Zero!

Lets see what could be more important.

The destruction of our Constitution by The Demorats and Repuglicons that has been going on ever since 9/11 and before??? How about the Truth regarding 9/11???

How about The trillions of dollars spent in our illegal wars???
How about the bankrupting of America and the Billions of dollars of theft by Wall Street and the Federal Reserve???
NO?? How about securing Americas future by providing support for the Green Technology out there that the Union of Concerned Scientist is proposing????
How about restoring the Gulf Industries that have been devastated by the Oil Gusher they like to call a leak???
How about the proposed GI bill that IVAV is trying to get through the Congress that would support and assist our Veterans????
Last but not least...how about the legalization of the medical marijuana that many states are currently trying to pass????
It seems that these issues are not important enough to address by the Republicans nor the Democrats!.

We just get to hear about a Proposed cultural Center/AKA Mosque 2 blocks from Ground Zero!

I mean what could be more important than a "Mosque" at ground Zero????
