The Health Care debate

The insurance companies have submitted price increases on their premiums should this health care bill pass.
Is this some kind of extortion?
Some of the concerns seem to be that those who would normally get insurance from them will just opt out and get it through the government plan. By all counts the people who can afford to purchase Health Insurance on their own already have.
Paranoia regarding this bill is running rampant.

Our elected people on "The Hill" have been pointing fingers, while spouting political party rheteric. Unemployment has hit a high unequeled since the depression rates. No job equels no health insurance. People are struggling to pay their house note,put food on the table, cloth their kids,and pay for their automobiles.
Is it possible that unemployment,low job wages,rising prices in food and other life necessities might be the main reason many people are supportive of some kind of health care program? Let us not forget about the people who are uninsurable and not on disability.
What are they supposed to do?

It has been stated by Insurance ads against the proposed Health care Bill that government does not need to be involved in health care decisions. How is it OK for the insurance companies to be involved then? Everyday insurance companies tell doctors what they can and can not do for a patient based on what they will and will not pay for. These Insurance companies have the nerve to use the fear of government control over the individual health care as a fear mongering tool to let them keep the control instead.
Niether the Insurance companies nor the government,should have say so over what treatment is required for a patient. It is up to the doctors and patient to say what treatment the doctors will or will not preform.
Hmmmm patients responsible for their own health care ,novel concept that!

Now to address those that are concerned about government socialism tactics.
Their is a huge fear out there and it is growing. Getting health care for all seems to be the proverbial straw that broke the camels back.
Funny these people do not find it socialism when we take care of our seniors through social security, medicare, our children and mothers through welfare,food stamps,WIC programs,medicaid,children's medical programs,our Veterans medical care, disability payments, SSI,or other federally funded care programs. Are these programs Constitutional? If it's not then under that argument neither is anything else the government is doing including IRS. So either revoke it all, Health care for vets ,IRS, WIC,Medicaid, food stamps etc,( all helpful and good programs except IRS ) or hush up about it being unconstitutional. This writer is a huge supporter of the Constitution and the rights it conveys but the issue of health care for every citizen is not the place to start speaking about the Constitution.

Hospitals cannot refuse care to anyone who comes to the emergency room.
Many uninsured fill up the hospital ER's because they have no other way to get care. This increases the load and wait time in our ER's. Have they not heard the horror stories about people dying in waiting rooms? This happens because the Emergency rooms are overflowing. Much of this overflow is due to uninsured patients. Many or most of these uninsured are unable to ever pay for their treatment. The hospitals take the loss.

Why can't each individual state put together an insurance program for those that are uninsured. Perhaps the only thing the federal government should be doing is mandating that all states have all the citizens in their states covered by some form of health care. Perhaps the hospitals and doctors could do a sliding fee scale for those that cannot afford insurance based on yearly income. Perhaps the state health departments can step up and do a more comprehensive job by participating in some form of health care for those who cannot afford insurance. Unemployed people would then have an option. Perhaps doctors could take payments monthly from their patients before they get sick. An example of this would be; People pick out a doctor they want and pay doctor so much a month that would cover the doctors standard fee whether they are sick or not ,then when one is sick they just go to the doctor as the docs fees would have already been covered. At the end of the year the money can either be refunded or roll over to the next year.

What is required in this writers opinion is thinking outside the box, creativity and problem solving abilities ,not more Federal government laws and certainly not this political bruhaha currently going on.

Dis-info Agents Caught in the Lie

Our Congress has discovered they were lied to and sent fake letters regarding the climate change bill.These fake letters supposedly came from a lobbying firm. Here is the quote from the article:
"The committee is still investigating 45 other letters sent by the lobbying firm Bonner & Associates,"
another article quote:
"Ed Markey, one of the authors of the bill, said the use of faked letters marked a new low. "We've seen fear-mongering with our nation's senior citizens with healthcare, and now we're seeing fraud-mongering with senior citizens on clean energy," the congressman said. "Lately, democratic debate has been deceptively debased by fake facts and harsh rhetoric. We must return to an honest discussion of the issues."

Lobbying firms that are hired by special interest groups who have money riding on what the laws wil be.....Oh No they would never lie to Congress or to us or do anything like that at all. Not our fine law abiding, dressed in suits looking so suave good American citizens.
Nope not them... They are fine upstanding citizens, own businesses ,vote and eat apple pie on the fourth of July, went to collage,go to church on Sunday,donate to charities and everything!!!!!!

Special interest groups or persons that have lots of influence and money persuading public opinion by hiring PR firms to get what they want and in this case faking public opinion.
Would they do this as far as 9/11 or anything else is concerned????
You bet your ASS they would and did.
The clearest indicator of a persons future behavior is their past behavior and it seems this is business as usual on Capital Hill.
What gets me is the Congress people "listened" to these few who supposedly were against a climate bill and ignored thousands who said GIVE Us Clean Energy!
One last thing ..This makes me wonder just how far this rabbit hole goes.
I bet it runs deep.

They Will Come Speaking In My Name

I was visiting George Washintons blog. His blog is one of the blogs on "my blogs I follow" list ; I read an article on President Bush and Tony Blair regarding their beliefs on going to war in Iraq and the war on terror.Those two are justifying their abominable actions as "Gods will" -" a moral cause to bring on the apocalypse".
The more I read, the more outraged I became,at the pompous sociopath arrogance of those supposed "Christians" parading themselves around as "Gods Chosen" to do battle with the "EVIL" That would "come from the North" "and destroy Israel" unless stopped.
(here's a thought for ya:: we are now occupying Iraq which is North of Israel)
Here is another thought: What made those pompous arrogant sociopaths think that God meant for them to stop this "Evil from the north" with war?
How is it Ok to bring on 911 and declare a war on terror???????
How is it OK to torture people????
I am a student of the Bible and many other religious works around the globe. I have read the Bible from cover to cover many times and while my memory will not let me quote chapter and verse their is not ANYTHING in there that I do not have a good idea about what and where people are quoting from.
The statement that really got to me was this one,
"they were to bring on the apocalypse"
I thought about these wannabe Christians like G.W.Bush and T.Blair and thought about Jesus and his teachings.
I have a few questions.
Where does Jesus say in the Bible that it is OK to slaughter your enemies, invade countries,and use his name to do it in????
Where did Jesus say it was Ok to Kill in the name of God????
Where did Jesus say ANYTHING about war being OK??
Christians are followers of Jesus Christ and Jesus is universally accepted among Christians as THE CHRIST,"The only begotten son of God".
Last time I read Jesus's teachings THIS is what I read-
"They will come speaking in my name and say Lo, he is here or lo, he is there but pay them no heed for they be wolves in sheep's clothing, No man knows the hour that I cometh for that is determined by my Father which is in Heaven:"
(This is not an exact quote since I pull from memory but it is close enough)
Also Jesus said: "Love thy enemies,be good to them that spitefully curse and abuse you" Then there is this statement that Jesus said: "love thy neighbor as thyself",Jesus also said:"Turn the other cheek".
I believe the term "holy wars" is in direct conflict with these statements of Jesus.
Imagine! Christians in Jihad!
While Jesus did say that "he came not to bring peace but the sword" I feel quite confident in the presumption that Jesus did not appoint G.W.Bush or T.Blair or any other twisted mind to act in his name regarding this statement.
Jesus is claimed by the Christians to be "Gods Voice and instrument upon this Earth" and "God in the flesh".
Well it is clear to me that what Jesus taught was clearly about Gods love!!!!
According to Christian Beliefs,Jesus was sent here to show man the Correct way to honor God .
Jesus NEVER said ANYTHING about Killing others in Gods name as a way to spread Christian beliefs so that the world would be better off.
As a matter of fact Jesus told his disciples that they were to go town to town teaching and if that teaching was rejected then the disciples were told to not tarry there in that town but move on shaking the dust of that town from their feet.
Now there have been many people through-out time that have perverted the Bible to their own ends and used the Biblical Teachings to "act in the name of God" in an ungodly manner. These perverse Actions WERE CLEARLY SPOKE AGAINST AND CONDEMED BY JESUS!!!! Christian Beliefs say Jesus was THE WAYSHOWER .
NOWHERE IN THE WAY JESUS SHOWED WAS ANYTHING ABOUT KILLING BEING OK, NOR WAS THERE ANYTHING ABOUT WAR BEING OK IN GODS EYES!!!!
Popes,Kings,Queens and serial killers, have used the Bible to justify torture,burning at the stake,mass killings,wars,psychological torment,cruel punishing judgement,along with many other evils calling it "following Gods will" "destined by God" or some other unholy,irrational,sick minded,brain twisted,crap!!!!!!
Always these twisted ,sick minds have quoted Biblical scripture to back themselves up in a pathetic attempt to justify what they knew in their souls was wrong!!
(here is another quote from the bible:
"He who lives by the sword, Dies by the sword"
The Bible is full of beautiful words like these: "Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the Earth"
I do not know what part of the Bible these clearly demented minds called themselves reading, but it is crystal clear they conveniently ignored the many,many verses that spoke AGAINST KILLING!!
To those who would use the Bible to justify tormenting and or killing another soul on this earth in some crazy Christian Jihad quest, I have a question for you.
What Part of THOU SHALL NOT KILL did You not understand?????

Anger In The Streets

Below this post are several vids from different rappers that come across with very strong in your face -from the street language.
This language is how the young people are talking to each other now as I am sure you know if you are under the age of 30.
Personally I do not like this kind of language ,but I firmly believe that if we ignore what is happening in our city neighborhoods and the message the Rap artists are saying we do so at our peril.
There is much anger in the streets of America today.
There is violence ,drugs,and gangs.
Gangs are the number one reason there is violent crime in many parts of American cities.
When you have poverty ,homelessness, parents on drugs,no sense of who you are -then you get pain.
Out of human pain and misery you get anger. You get crude non mistakable in your face obscenity. Why? because that is how their world is.
When life is obscene you get obscene descriptions.
It is clear that many young people are responding to the message the Rappers are saying. Why? Because they can relate to it. What these Rappers are saying is a part of the young peoples world every day.
It is the rage against the lies and deceptions that our government practises.
Rap music filled with anger,pain, and a F.U and the world and what you say don't matter attitude is the legacy.
It is the speaking out about racism ,classism,and elitism,that still exists in America today.
Rap music expresses the feeling of peoples powerlessness to stop, alter or make a real difference in their own lives or the lives of the ones they love.
It is the reality of inner city poverty put to music in a simple graphic cannot misunderstand way.
The pursuit of happiness and the American dream has been shattered for our youth like the illusion it has become.
The young people are angry for they see what has happened to the world.
There is one rule for the rich,another for the poor.Wars ,global warming,and our extinction is very much a reality.
Justice is no longer blind but goes to the highest bidder, money rules, and our prisons are filled with people who would not be there if they had money for a high price Lawyer or their skin was a different color.
The anger in the music is the response to what corporations and governments have made of the world today.
It seems that no one pays attention till someone is screaming obscenities, so I am proud for this blog to be the host for a in your face realty check.
There is anger in our streets and we ignore this anger and it's causes at our peril.

Wise Words From A Friend

This is an article that was sent to me in an e-mail from a friend who asked not to be named When I used it.

I believe this says it well and expresses my thoughts on the matter perfectly.

Dear friends,
I have followed the election of Obama on TV, and I see all the expectations and hopes of the people. Many of you have the same hopes. Of course I also have hopes. But not concerning Obama. I hope that people finally find out that it is better to have faith, especially in oneself. This is a time of 'do it yourself'. It is not a time to rely on some politicians with the hope that they will solve your problems. Do not forget that democracy in its origin means that the power is with the people and not with the rich or elected representants only. Do you have the impression that you have the power?
However, in times of Chemtrails, supported wars, massive political lies, many secret prisions and many more bad things, I think that this big excitement about Obama is based on not enough, or very little, knowledge about what is really going on. Many Americans who look behind the curtain of official policy and media information, begin to understand that things on our planet are not the way they look like. Things are not quite right. Many people get sick because of the dangerous substances big airplanes spray high above over many countries including Germany and other European countries. Here in our little town we get headaches, feel weak and tired and more. Because of a decision made in the US that spraying dangerous chemicals into the air could be healpful to save the climate. It will be very definitely helpful to kill many million of people all over the planet.
As this is happening even so in the US for a long time already, I wonder why nobody complains or does anything. Is our life so good that we do not mind about our health and future anymore? Do we do not care for our children, relatives and friends? Or do we really not care and let things just happen like this is not of any interest? What is needed to happen that people finally wake up?
Many of you make things extremely urgent when it is about to save the life on an animal. This is beautiful, and I thank everyone for this from my heart. But please, if we only go on this way as we do at the moment, soon we will not have any animals to save anymore. We need to act like a good doctor. A bad doctor makes a diagnosis and gives you a medicament that shuts down your pain. A good doctor makes more investigations and might even say that he needs to find out more. But in the end he will give you a treatment that cures you from the reason of your pain. This is the difference.
We need to be the good doctor. The one who looks behind the facade and finds the reason for the sickness.
Nobody can be forced to be interested into his own life,to find out about thruths, the saving of the life on our planet, or even to think about if the kind of life we are living is right or wrong. But after we all have taken so much from God's planet that we have turned into a wasteland, we should think about how much time is left, and if is our duty to act.
You all have friends who make efforts to give you information. The information is there. These efforts deserve more than just a 'noted, thank you!' as I see often in the comments.
Maybe I expect too much from people. But how can things ever change if not by the people.
Hitler once said: 'The best on people is that they do not think'. These words made me think.
We do not have much chance to save life. But we must at least try. And this means that we need to get informed and think - and act.
I am sorry, if you did not like this message. You might complain that I do not offer any solution for problems. You are right. But remember the good doctor. First find the reason, then start to work on the problem. A petition here, a petition there and some information that does not lead to a 'cure' will not make the patient healthy. Maybe in the long run. But there is no time for a long run.
I heard rumors about the internet to get more controlled or even get shut down because it contains too much unwanted information. If this is going to happen we have finally lost.
Think about IT !!!

I bet you all remember where you were that world altering day.
We all stared in awe and horror our minds refusing to accept what our eyes were seeing .
Yet there it was in living color and the walls came tumbling down.
Thousands of souls finished their Earthwalk on that day.
Chaos and confusion was evident in everyone you spoke to.
Everyone you saw had a strange look in their eyes and the look was fear.
When people get afraid they get angry.
This is a normal response.
Do not think for one minute that the "spin-doctors "who architect and choreograph everything we see on TV, read in the newspapers, and hear from the mouths of our "leaders" were not aware of the response we would have.
Do not think for one second that they have not used this knowledge to get us to see what they wanted us to see, or get us to react in a certain way in a response that was designed to give those in control the "moral" backing to go anywhere in the world and do anything they choose in the name of Justice; (sometimes known as revenge)
better known as the catch Phrase Freedom and Democracy.
You see all the spin-doctors have to do is use certain catch words together in a sentence and your mind will go where they want you to go. You will respond just in a certain way and wallah
you are controlled.
You see what they want you to see and the rest becomes smoke and mirrors .
They now have free reign and Carte blanch to take our money run around the world and act a fool committing atrocities in our name.
Some examples of this are 9/11,Guantanamo Bay,Iraq,Iran,The Kennedy assassinations,Palestinian,Afghanistan,The Cold War,Cuba, Leonard Peltier,Indigenous peoples Genocide, and the list goes on.

We all know they government is hiding something in regards to these things.
It is common street knowledge.
Every person who grew up in the hood or on a reservation can tell you how corrupt the government is.
This is why all politicians that run for office have PR people(spin-doctors) (Propaganda machines)
who put together the image of the person /political party so that people will buy it just like they convince us we need the newest latest greatest whatever on our store shelves.
What do you think that all those opinion polls done by the mass media and advertising firms are for.
Think for a minute what is the number one way they get you to buy/do anything?
The number one emotion is fear.
They are professional Fear merchants.
Here is one of the best examples I know.
Why do we buy insurance and how do they sell it to us.
Fear of loss.
This is the only fear there is and every other fear comes from that.
Fear of loss of our way of life our freedom, our whatever.
They are professional Fear merchants and when people are afraid they are not rational.
The "Spin-Doctors" know it and choreograph this dance to an art form.
You know how they get away with it?
Does the phrase Ostrich with the head stuck in the sand mean anything to you?
Phyciatrist call it being in Denial.
This is fancy word for not being able to admit one made a mistake; more commonly known as pride.
Meanwhile the lies go on and so does the dance of horrors.
We are one earth family.
We are all related.
Scientist's have proven this with DNA tracing.
It is way past time for us to act like it.

Well it's been awhile since I have been here and as I read this again I was so suprised.
Everything has changed.
Nothing has changed
