Inside the Invisible Government; War, Propaganda, Clinton & Trump - John Pilger

The American journalist, Edward Bernays, is often described as the man who invented modern propaganda.

The nephew of Sigmund Freud, the pioneer of psycho-analysis, it was Bernays who coined the term “public relations” as a euphemism for spin and its deceptions. 

In 1929, he persuaded feminists to promote cigarettes for women by smoking in the New York Easter Parade – behaviour then considered outlandish. One feminist, Ruth Booth, declared, “Women! Light another torch of freedom! Fight another sex taboo!” 

Bernays’ influence extended far beyond advertising. His greatest success was his role in convincing the American public to join the slaughter of the First World War. The secret, he said, was “engineering the consent” of people in order to “control and regiment [them] according to our will without their knowing about it”. 

He described this as “the true ruling power in our society” and called it an “invisible government”. 

Today, the invisible government has never been more powerful and less understood. In my career as a journalist and film-maker, I have never known propaganda to insinuate our lives and as it does now and to go unchallenged. 

Imagine two cities. 

Both are under siege by the forces of the government of that country. Both cities are occupied by fanatics, who commit terrible atrocities, such as beheading people. 

But there is a vital difference. In one siege, the government soldiers are described as liberators by Western reporters embedded with them, who enthusiastically report their battles and air strikes. There are front page pictures of these heroic soldiers giving a V-sign for victory. There is scant mention of civilian casualties. 

In the second city – in another country nearby – almost exactly the same is happening. Government forces are laying siege to a city controlled by the same breed of fanatics. 

The difference is that these fanatics are supported, supplied and armed by “us” – by the United States and Britain. They even have a media centre that is funded by Britain and America. 

Another difference is that the government soldiers laying siege to this city are the bad guys, condemned for assaulting and bombing the city – which is exactly what the good soldiers do in the first city. 

Confusing? Not really. Such is the basic double standard that is the essence of propaganda. I am referring, of course, to the current siege of the city of Mosul by the government forces of Iraq, who are backed by the United States and Britain and to the siege of Aleppo by the government forces of Syria, backed by Russia. One is good; the other is bad. 

What is seldom reported is that both cities would not be occupied by fanatics and ravaged by war if Britain and the United States had not invaded Iraq in 2003. That criminal enterprise was launched on lies strikingly similar to the propaganda that now distorts our understanding of the civil war in Syria. 

Without this drumbeat of propaganda dressed up as news, the monstrous ISIS and Al-Qaida and al-Nusra and the rest of the jihadist gang might not exist, and the people of Syria might not be fighting for their lives today. 

Some may remember in 2003 a succession of BBC reporters turning to the camera and telling us that Blair was “vindicated” for what turned out to be the crime of the century. The US television networks produced the same validation for George W. Bush. Fox News brought on Henry Kissinger to effuse over Colin Powell’s fabrications. 

The same year, soon after the invasion, I filmed an interview in Washington with Charles Lewis, the renowned American investigative journalist. I asked him, “What would have happened if the freest media in the world had seriously challenged what turned out to be crude propaganda?” 

He replied that if journalists had done their job, “there is a very, very good chance we would not have gone to war in Iraq”. 

It was a shocking statement, and one supported by other famous journalists to whom I put the same question — Dan Rather of CBS, David Rose of the Observer and journalists and producers in the BBC, who wished to remain anonymous. 

In other words, had journalists done their job, had they challenged and investigated the propaganda instead of amplifying it, hundreds of thousands of men, women and children would be alive today, and there would be no ISIS and no siege of Aleppo or Mosul. 

There would have been no atrocity on the London Underground on 7th July 2005. There would have been no flight of millions of refugees; there would be no miserable camps. 

When the terrorist atrocity happened in Paris last November, President Francoise Hollande immediately sent planes to bomb Syria – and more terrorism followed, predictably, the product of Hollande’s bombast about France being “at war” and “showing no mercy”. That state violence and jihadist violence feed off each other is the truth that no national leader has the courage to speak. 

“When the truth is replaced by silence,” said the Soviet dissident Yevtushenko, “the silence is a lie.” 

The attack on Iraq, the attack on Libya, the attack on Syria happened because the leader in each of these countries was not a puppet of the West. The human rights record of a Saddam or a Gaddafi was irrelevant. They did not obey orders and surrender control of their country. 

The same fate awaited Slobodan Milosevic once he had refused to sign an “agreement” that demanded the occupation of Serbia and its conversion to a market economy. His people were bombed, and he was prosecuted in The Hague. Independence of this kind is intolerable. 

As WikLeaks has revealed, it was only when the Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad in 2009 rejected an oil pipeline, running through his country from Qatar to Europe, that he was attacked. 

From that moment, the CIA planned to destroy the government of Syria with jihadist fanatics – the same fanatics currently holding the people of Mosul and eastern Aleppo hostage. 

Why is this not news? The former British Foreign Office official Carne Ross, who was responsible for operating sanctions against Iraq, told me: “We would feed journalists factoids of sanitised intelligence, or we would freeze them out. That is how it worked.” 

The West’s medieval client, Saudi Arabia – to which the US and Britain sell billions of dollars’ worth of arms – is at present destroying Yemen, a country so poor that in the best of times, half the children are malnourished. 

Look on YouTube and you will see the kind of massive bombs – “our” bombs – that the Saudis use against dirt-poor villages, and against weddings, and funerals. 

The explosions look like small atomic bombs. The bomb aimers in Saudi Arabia work side-by-side with British officers. This fact is not on the evening news. 

Propaganda is most effective when our consent is engineered by those with a fine education – Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Columbia — and with careers on the BBC, the Guardian, the New York Times, the Washington Post. 

These organisations are known as the liberal media. They present themselves as enlightened, progressive tribunes of the moral zeitgeist. They are anti-racist, pro-feminist and pro-LGBT. 

And they love war. 

While they speak up for feminism, they support rapacious wars that deny the rights of countless women, including the right to life. 

In 2011, Libya, then a modern state, was destroyed on the pretext that Muammar Gaddafi was about to commit genocide on his own people. That was the incessant news; and there was no evidence. It was a lie. 

In fact, Britain, Europe and the United States wanted what they like to call “regime change” in Libya, the biggest oil producer in Africa. Gaddafi’s influence in the continent and, above all, his independence were intolerable. 

So he was murdered with a knife in his rear by fanatics, backed by America, Britain and France. Hillary Clinton cheered his gruesome death for the camera, declaring, “We came, we saw, he died!” 

The destruction of Libya was a media triumph. As the war drums were beaten, Jonathan Freedland wrote in the Guardian: “Though the risks are very real, the case for intervention remains strong.” 

Intervention — what a polite, benign, Guardian word, whose real meaning, for Libya, was death and destruction. 

According to its own records, Nato launched 9,700 “strike sorties” against Libya, of which more than a third were aimed at civilian targets. They included missiles with uranium warheads. Look at the photographs of the rubble of Misurata and Sirte, and the mass graves identified by the Red Cross. The Unicef report on the children killed says, “most [of them] under the age of ten”. 

As a direct consequence, Sirte became the capital of ISIS. 

Ukraine is another media triumph. Respectable liberal newspapers such as the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Guardian, and mainstream broadcasters such as the BBC, NBC, CBS, CNN have played a critical role in conditioning their viewers to accept a new and dangerous cold war. 

All have misrepresented events in Ukraine as a malign act by Russia when, in fact, the coup in Ukraine in 2014 was the work of the United States, aided by Germany and Nato. 

This inversion of reality is so pervasive that Washington’s military intimidation of Russia is not news; it is suppressed behind a smear and scare campaign of the kind I grew up with during the first cold war. Once again, the Ruskies are coming to get us, led by another Stalin, whom The Economist depicts as the devil. 

The suppression of the truth about Ukraine is one of the most complete news blackouts I can remember. The fascists who engineered the coup in Kiev are the same breed that backed the Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941. Of all the scares about the rise of fascist anti-Semitism in Europe, no leader ever mentions the fascists in Ukraine – except Vladimir Putin, but he does not count. 

Many in the Western media have worked hard to present the ethnic Russian-speaking population of Ukraine as outsiders in their own country, as agents of Moscow, almost never as Ukrainians seeking a federation within Ukraine and as Ukrainian citizens resisting a foreign-orchestrated coup against their elected government. 

There is almost the joie d’esprit of a class reunion of warmongers. 

The drum-beaters of the Washington Post inciting war with Russia are the very same editorial writers who published the lie that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. 

To most of us, the American presidential campaign is a media freak show, in which Donald Trump is the arch villain. 

But Trump is loathed by those with power in the United States for reasons that have little to do with his obnoxious behaviour and opinions. To the invisible government in Washington, the unpredictable Trump is an obstacle to America’s design for the 21st century. 

This is to maintain the dominance of the United States and to subjugate Russia, and, if possible, China. 

To the militarists in Washington, the real problem with Trump is that, in his lucid moments, he seems not to want a war with Russia; he wants to talk with the Russian president, not fight him; he says he wants to talk with the president of China. 

In the first debate with Hillary Clinton, Trump promised not to be the first to introduce nuclear weapons into a conflict. He said, “I would certainly not do first strike. Once the nuclear alternative happens, it’s over.” That was not news. 

Did he really mean it? Who knows? He often contradicts himself. But what is clear is that Trump is considered a serious threat to the status quo maintained by the vast national security machine that runs the United States, regardless of who is in the White House. 

The CIA wants him beaten. The Pentagon wants him beaten. The media wants him beaten. Even his own party wants him beaten. He is a threat to the rulers of the world – unlike Clinton who has left no doubt she is prepared to go to war with nuclear-armed Russia and China. 

Clinton has the form, as she often boasts. Indeed, her record is proven. As a senator, she backed the bloodbath in Iraq. When she ran against Obama in 2008, she threatened to “totally obliterate” Iran. As Secretary of State, she colluded in the destruction of governments in Libya and Honduras and set in train the baiting of China. 

She has now pledged to support a No Fly Zone in Syria — a direct provocation for war with Russia. Clinton may well become the most dangerous president of the United States in my lifetime –a distinction for which the competition is fierce. 

Without a shred of evidence, she has accused Russia of supporting Trump and hacking her emails. Released by WikiLeaks, these emails tell us that what Clinton says in private, in speeches to the rich and powerful, is the opposite of what she says in public. 

That is why silencing and threatening Julian Assange is so important. As the editor of WikiLeaks, Assange knows the truth. And let me assure those who are concerned, he is well, and WikiLeaks is operating on all cylinders. 

Today, the greatest build-up of American-led forces since World War Two is under way – in the Caucasus and eastern Europe, on the border with Russia, and in Asia and the Pacific, where China is the target. 

Keep that in mind when the presidential election circus reaches its finale on November 8th, If the winner is Clinton, a Greek chorus of witless commentators will celebrate her coronation as a great step forward for women. None will mention Clinton’s victims: the women of Syria, the women of Iraq, the women of Libya. None will mention the civil defence drills being conducted in Russia. None will recall Edward Bernays’ “torches of freedom”. 

George Bush’s press spokesman once called the media “complicit enablers”. 

Coming from a senior official in an administration whose lies, enabled by the media, caused such suffering, that description is a warning from history. 

In 1946, the Nuremberg Tribunal prosecutor said of the German media: “Before every major aggression, they initiated a press campaign calculated to weaken their victims and to prepare the German people psychologically for the attack. In the propaganda system, it was the daily press and the radio that were the most important weapons.”

A World War Has Begun: Break the Silence - John Pilger

How many people are aware that a world war has begun? At present, it is a war of propaganda, of lies and distraction, but this can change instantaneously with the first mistaken order, the first missile.

In 2009, President Obama stood before an adoring crowd in the center of Prague, in the heart of Europe. He pledged himself to make "the world free from nuclear weapons." People cheered and some cried. A torrent of platitudes flowed from the media. Obama was subsequently awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

It was all fake. He was lying.

The Obama administration has built more nuclear weapons, more nuclear warheads, more nuclear delivery systems, more nuclear factories. Nuclear warhead spending alone rose higher under Obama than under any American president. The cost over thirty years is more than $1 trillion.

A mini nuclear bomb is planned. It is known as the B61 Model 12. There has never been anything like it. General James Cartwright, a former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has said, "Going smaller [makes using this nuclear]weapon more thinkable."

In the last 18 months, the greatest build-up of military forces since World War Two — led by the United States — is taking place along Russia's western frontier. Not since Hitler invaded the Soviet Union have foreign troops presented such a demonstrable threat to Russia.

Ukraine — once part of the Soviet Union — has become a CIA theme park. Having orchestrated a coup in Kiev, Washington effectively controls a regime that is next door and hostile to Russia: a regime rotten with Nazis, literally. Prominent parliamentary figures in Ukraine are the political descendants of the notorious OUN and UPA fascists. They openly praise Hitler and call for the persecution and expulsion of the Russian speaking minority.

This is seldom news in the West, or it is inverted to suppress the truth.

In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia — next door to Russia — the U.S. military is deploying combat troops, tanks, heavy weapons. This extreme provocation of the world's second nuclear power is met with silence in the West.

What makes the prospect of nuclear war even more dangerous is a parallel campaign against China.

Seldom a day passes when China is not elevated to the status of a "threat." According to Admiral Harry Harris, the U.S. Pacific commander, China is "building a great wall of sand in the South China Sea."

What he is referring to is China building airstrips in the Spratly Islands, which are the subject of a dispute with the Philippines — a dispute without priority until Washington pressured and bribed the government in Manila and the Pentagon launched a propaganda campaign called "freedom of navigation."

What does this really mean? It means freedom for American warships to patrol and dominate the coastal waters of China. Try to imagine the American reaction if Chinese warships did the same off the coast of California.

I made a film called, "The War You Don't See," in which I interviewed distinguished journalists in America and Britain: reporters such as Dan Rather of CBS, Rageh Omar of the BBC, David Rose of the Observer.

All of them said that had journalists and broadcasters done their job and questioned the propaganda that Saddam Hussein possessed weapons of mass destruction; had the lies of George W. Bush and Tony Blair not been amplified and echoed by journalists, the 2003 invasion of Iraq might not have happened, and hundreds of thousands of men, women and children would be alive today.

The propaganda laying the ground for a war against Russia and/or China is no different in principle. To my knowledge, no journalist in the Western "mainstream" — a Dan Rather equivalent,say — asks why China is building airstrips in the South China Sea.

The answer ought to be glaringly obvious. The United States is encircling China with a network of bases, with ballistic missiles, battle groups, nuclear-armed bombers.

This lethal arc extends from Australia to the islands of the Pacific, the Marianas and the Marshalls and Guam, to the Philippines, Thailand, Okinawa, Korea and across Eurasia to Afghanistan and India. America has hung a noose around the neck of China. This is not news. Silence by media; war by media.

In 2015, in high secrecy, the U.S. and Australia staged the biggest single air-sea military exercise in recent history, known as Talisman Sabre. Its aim was to rehearse an Air-Sea Battle Plan, blocking sea lanes, such as the Straits of Malacca and the Lombok Straits, that cut off China's access to oil, gas and other vital raw materials from the Middle East and Africa.

In the circus known as the American presidential campaign, Donald Trump is being presented as a lunatic, a fascist. He is certainly odious; but he is also a media hate figure. That alone should arouse our skepticism.

Trump's views on migration are grotesque, but no more grotesque than those of David Cameron. It is not Trump who is the Great Deporter from the United States, but the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Barack Obama.

According to one prodigious liberal commentator, Trump is "unleashing the dark forces of violence" in the United States. Unleashing them?

This is the country where toddlers shoot their mothers and the police wage a murderous war against black Americans. This is the country that has attacked and sought to overthrow more than 50 governments, many of them democracies, and bombed from Asia to the Middle East, causing the deaths and dispossession of millions of people.

No country can equal this systemic record of violence. Most of America's wars (almost all of them against defenseless countries) have been launched not by Republican presidents but by liberal Democrats: Truman, Kennedy, Johnson, Carter, Clinton, Obama.

In 1947, a series of National Security Council directives described the paramount aim of American foreign policy as a world substantially made over in America's own image. The ideology was messianic Americanism. We were all Americans. Or else. Heretics would be converted, subverted, bribed, smeared or crushed.

Donald Trump is a symptom of this, but he is also a maverick. He says the invasion of Iraq was a crime; he doesn't want to go to war with Russia and China. The danger to the rest of us is not Trump, but Hillary Clinton. She is no maverick. She embodies the resilience and violence of a system whose vaunted exceptionalism is totalitarian with an occasional liberal face.

As presidential election day draws near, Clinton will be hailed as the first female president, regardless of her crimes and lies — just as Barack Obama was lauded as the first black president and liberals swallowed his nonsense about "hope." And the drool goes on.

A good read, even if you don't agree with it 100%. Pilger points to the fact that the US has acted like an empire and that during the election cycle the western public falls for what is known as "Identity Politics" - cheerleading for people who are bought-and-paid-for wolves in sheeps clothing. For instance Obama was the first black President, acting as a progressive, while Hillary today, although not so progressive, would be the first female President. Deceptions.

Surprise! That Document Bush/Cheney Used To Justify Iraq War, Doesn’t

In late 2002 and early 2003, American involvement in the war in Afghanistan would go on for another dozen years but already that war was losing its prominence in the headlines, so President Bush, Dick Cheney and the hawks on the right began the process of selling us all on the war they really wanted, Iraq. It was a matter of national security. It was an immediate threat. Iraq was amassing an arsenal of weapons of mass destruction that threatened our way of life. It was a slam dunk. It was a lie.

On an almost daily basis, members of the Bush administration came before us with a mountain of information detailing Saddam Hussein’s WMD program that could only be dealt with by invading the country and toppling his regime. To make their case, the administration and its allies cited the 2002 National Intelligence Estimate (NIE), a 93 page report that compiled all the intelligence available, along with expert opinions and interpretations. We later found out that, while what they were saying did come from the report, they were often leaving out important, if not critical information, information that significantly changes the picture being drawn. What they left out was all the uncertainty and condition that ran through every page of the report like chocolate sauce through a half gallon of fudge ripple ice cream.

In 2004, the CIA released the report as the result of a Freedom of Information Act request, but it was so heavily redacted as to be almost meaningless. In 2006, Congress went back through the information that had been available in the run up to the war and concluded that the administration had “overstated” the case. Until now though, the general public has had to take them on their word just what that means. A new FOIA request from John Greenewald at The Black Vault has resulted in the CIA releasing a new, much cleaner version of the report.

Coming on the heels of the 9/11 attacks, it was important that Al Qaeda be kept at the top of our priority list. So, the administration went to great lengths tying Saddam Hussein to the terrorist group, National Security Advisor, Condoleeza Rice, White House Press Secretary, Ari Fleischer and others made the connection and then Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld came out and told us they had “Bulletproof” information linking the two.

Within six months of the invasion we knew they were wrong about all of that, the Al Quaeda connection, the biological weapons, the chemical weapons, the nukes, everything. But the administration clung to deniability. They blamed flawed intelligence. It was unfortunate, but mistakes were made.

When Dick Cheney said Saddam had weapons of mass destruction. That was wrong. But he also said there was no doubt. But there was doubt, and he knew it, and that makes it a lie. When they said the aluminum tubes were for refining uranium, they were wrong. When they said the tubes could only be used for that purpose, that was a lie. And they knew it. When Donald Rumsfeld said it was bulletproof, that was a lie and he knew it. Every time they knowingly left out a qualification or a piece of intelligence that shed doubt, and told us they were certain, they were lying. Now we know it for fact.

Today the hawks on the right are talking up a new war, this time in Iran.

The Bush Officials lied DELIBERATELY to have the 2003 War in Iraq. It was not mistaken intelligence (a point I put to various brainwashed mainstream journalists in emails over the years - but to no avail). The declassified intelligence, directly cited in this post, shows there were strong doubts that any active WMD programs existed in Iraq (although it could not be ruled out), and concluded that the regime of Saddam Hussein was not a threat to the USA unless he was openly attacked first (and even then his means of response was limited). Specific 'points of evidence' aired by officials on TV were untrue. The war was ultimately justified because of an "imminent threat" of attack - a lie. Launching what was an unnecessary war based on lies is a War Crime. The people who are covering up this crime, failing to launch prosecutions (the dept. of justice), are also committing a crime with their failure to act. Today we are getting similar lies about Iran, something that was predicted to happen about ten years ago when the scale of the previous propaganda effort was being recognised. When we have events like ANZAC Day or Memorial Day you might think about saving lives by taking an interest in this kind of thing.

If the fact that President Obama could immediately close Guantanamo because it is a military facility, and YET keeps pretending that he is 'constrained', doesn't ring alarm bells, then good luck to you. Incompetence and partisan (left/right) politics clearly does not explain everything that has been happening. The corruption aspect of what is occurring today is too often overlooked.

Here's a few other points that do not easily fall under the incompetence label: failure to prosecute Bush Administration officials for torture and illegal war, failure to prosecute bankers for fraud, the hiring of lobbysts into key positions of the Government, the hiring of neconservatives into key State Department (Vic Nuland) and UN positions (Susan Rice, Samantha Power), the war on whistleblowers, the escalation of executive orders that bypass Congressional oversight, the escalation of Government secrecy, the specific inclusion of detention without trial provisions in the NDAA Laws, the escalation of the drone war, the lies about Syrian chemcial weapons incidents, the lies about what is happening in Ukraine etc.

The issue centres around real independent journalism versus 'controlled' narrow-parameter, including pseudo-alternative media, reporting and sensationalism.

The panel points out how there are 'pretend independent' media organisations that offer only mild criticism of events in which they ramp up mainstream criticisms as if they were independent.

Also addressed is the fact that trivial entertainment continually distracts the population from the really important issues, like stolen US elections. Celebrity, emotion-driven, stories play well because many people focus on matters relating to personal relationships or experience, rather than events or ideas.

Perhaps a good solution in appealing to the masses is to have celebrity alternative news (real alternative news) icons. At the very least, we do have entertaining truth clips that appeal to the masses - such as '911: A Conspiracy Theory'. Alternative news can be entertaining.

Another issue raised is the battle of real truth-based journalism against partisan thinking. Sibel has brought up this point on many occasions where people are looking for their news to fit into either a left or right wing paradigm rather than an honest fact-centred truth paradigm. 

Education is the first step in combatting the false thinking and corruption - the Internet, although somewhat problematic, being the source for independent information. From this point there are many ways to act. Sibel advocates a 'nullification' process.

Wow....The more I hear about WikiLeaks the stranger it gets.
If you have been following along with this blog,then you are aware that this writer has often labeled the persons in charge of American National security as morons,imbeciles and names like unto that. The WikiLeaks scandal either proves that I am correct in the name calling OR something else is going on.

Here are my questions.
How does one"leak" that much information from secure confidential files?
Are they not secure?
They "leaked" all that info to tell us what we already knew?
I mean I knew our government is completely corrupt.Doesn't everyone know that?
Lying,murder,theft,torture,,hell our voting process in more than two elections was proven to be fraudulent.
Thousands dying in illegal wars.
Land theft,political prisoners,treason,war crimes,and the damn list goes on and on...
Seriously is there anyone who does not know  that The American government has become completely corrupt?
So now WikiLeaks comes in like a storm and says "HEY" Lookie at the leakie"????
I keep being astonished at how serendipitous these "crisis" always are.
Others have noticed this anomaly as well.

Every time the United States government wants to delete the rights that were guaranteed under the Constitution...Somehow a "crises" "appears" that Politicians use as a" reason"to pass some piece of unconstitutional garbage through the Congress and Senate.

Egg contamination,massive food recalls,Federal government raids on products sold by small farmers and small business owners.

9/11...Patriot Act... written before9/11 by the way........and as before the list goes on and on
Now the Internet bill is coming up and already because of WikiLeaks...websites are being shutdown by the government and collage students are being told that if they post on FB or Twitter regarding Wikileaks that their job future will be compromised...WTF!
Well there goes the 1st amendment.

You know ...I could not help but notice that these kinds of violations of human rights is what the American government uses has reasons to go to war with other countries...
The people in power are killing the America we  believe in
So my question is this...WikiLeaks??? or Wiki government sponsored Propaganda.....

The CONSEQUENCES of Ignoring the Reality of False Flag Terror:

Now that I have quit muttering darkly things about morons. I will address Glenn Beck's most paranoid ludicrous claim regarding 9/11 truthers. This hit piece from Beck is borderline slander if not slander outright. 9/11 Truthers are not a militia group,we are not extremists.The very idea that we are as pathetically ruled by our emotions as they are ruled by their fears is just plain sad and beyond outragious.
We 9/11 truthers are people from all walks of life in every country who care deeply about life,about our country,our Constitution,our freedoms, and are passionate about Truth. Truthseekers are just simply tired of the lies ,slander,and outright lunacy from those in control of our world. What is amazing to me is how far down the paranoia rabbit hole Fox news and Glenn Beck are willing to let the world see them travel.
The audacity of this man to state,allude to ,or even hint that we "Truthers" are somehow a physical danger to either him,Fox network, or President Obama would be ROFLMAO ludicrous if not for the sobering implications of what was just done on Glen Becks show. Does the concept of Truth scare people so badly? Or is it that they have stared so long in the mirror of darkness and paranoid fear, that they have become the very thing they are most afraid of? They apparently think that we would act just as insanely as they would if they believed what thay think we do.
All Beck has succeeded in doing is to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there are forces at work who wish to demonize any and all of the truth seekers on any subject using fear and other methods of propaganda. Unless of course this is all only in Glenn Becks mind.
I am very concerned for the safety of President Obama now. While I am no fan of the man I wish no harm to anyone.

Obama is not in danger from any 9/11 truthseeker or those of us seeking awareness and who firmly believe in non-violence... which from my experience is the majority of us. But it is possible that Obama is in danger from fringe psychotic elements within the govt. or other places who would do anything to keep their illusion of control and/or keep their deeds out of the public eye thereby insuring the status quo and their freedom from jail or stock market loss.

Even though I personally think that yes our govt.has people in the CIA and others within it that practise unholy things. I do not wish them harm.
What I wish for them is enlightenment and a change of heart. Much unlike them I do not live in paranoid fear.
I actually pity them for that is a terrible way to exist being tormented by their darkest fears.

Has far as I am concerned the answer to Becks question regarding "do we Truthers really believe that our government is so evil that it would stoop to such a thing as killing thousands of it's own citizens for gold,power, personal gain??? I do not know ..would they????..Is there historical precedence for such a thing... Hmmmmm lets ask the Native Americans shall we??? While we are at it lets ask those who are the descendants of slaves if our government is capable of turning a blind eye and thereby supporting an abomination with their lack of action and silence. Lets ask the 9/11 victims families if they feel they have been lied to by our government. Lets ask the Indigenous people in South America if our governmental CIA people are capable of atrocities and terrorism.
Also see this Lets ask the Iraq children and our own solders dying from radiation poisoning because of the weapons America uses. I would dearly dearly LOVE to think No.... that those in our government both past and present are not capable of such horrors..but tragically, sadly, and most unfortunately the facts of the matter are proving otherwise.
Glen did not stop at slandering just us 9/11 Truthers, he included Code Pink, and other peaceful life loving people and organizational groups whose mission it is to try to stop the madness,show us a better way to live and preserve life.
He even subtly insulted and included those who are Ron Paul supporters of the Revolution has dangerous to him and our president.
Would Glen have us all believe that our people in governmental power both past and present are so incompetent,so blind,so inept at their jobs that they did not know what other elements in our government were doing??? That they have always been honest with us and that people in power never lie or do these kinds of things??? Glen what pair of rose colored glasses are you looking at the world through and/or what have you been smoking??

Reading the first chapter of The David Icke Guide to the Global Conspiracy (and how to end it) has generated many thoughts in my mind, or perhaps knowing in my awareness, and i'd like to share them with all of you thoughtful people out there.

First of all, i am so fucking sick of all these people who think they are oh-so-powerless. They see no hope in their lives, and have just accepted that things are going to be the way they are. Nothing could be farther from the truth. When you truly wake up, and tap in to what David Icke calls Infinite Awareness, you realize, unequivocally, that you have all the power in the world, that power is there for the taking.

The global manipulators who try to control our sense of reality want us to believe that we are powerless. And having come this far in becoming more and more conscious personally, i've come to realize that is such a big load of bullshit it literally pisses me off. Lately, i've felt a kind of power seething through me unlike anything i've ever felt before. It comes with the realization that if you just demand the power over your reality back, there is so much there for the taking.

I'm not saying you can acquire the power to make your life perfect - that's not what this is about, and is a whole different subject. I'm saying the power is always there, whether you know it or not, to change your reality.

Fuck these people who think things like global government and worldwide tyranny are inevitable and there's nothing that can be done to stop them. They are best described as unconscious. They're allowing the bio-chemical reactions in their body, or emotions and thoughts, to control them, rather than allowing the true essence of their consciousness, which is outside of the mind/body complex, to control these sorts of biological programs. Parallels can be drawn between this and emotional control.

There's still nothing we can actually do to stop the elite criminals, you say? Uhh, right. How about just a few months ago, for example, when myself and an unnamed collaborator printed off a bunch of posters of Obama and Bush made to look like the joker and plastered them all over the county? Some of those posters stayed up for weeks, one even at a busy Franklin intersection. Do you have any idea how many people go through there and inevitably noticed that one poster alone? The answer - lots of fucking people.

If even a small fraction of them decided to find out what the hell was up with those twisted (and ironically humorous) posters, and just a small fraction of those people actually woke up to the tyranny and/or became "conscious," that would set off a chain reaction of literally dozens, then hundreds, then eventually even thousands more people waking up. Now THAT is the kind of power i'm talking about!

Putting up posters like that can even be done alone; you don't need a partner to help like i had (although it makes it easier). Indeed, that's just one example of the power of one fucking person, doing one thing.

But it goes even deeper... Even mainstream science has basically proven that everything we perceive to be reality is an interpretation of frequencies, or vibrations. Light enters your eyes at certain wavelengths (frequencies/vibrations). Sound literally vibrates at a certain rate and is picked up by your ears as just that, frequencies/vibrations. The same goes for the rest of the senses albeit in a bit more twisted way.

Science has also proven that our perception of both light and sound are extremely limited compared to what all is out there. Those who study space will recognize what some scientists have called "dark matter." It cannot be seen, but its effects can be seen on other objects in space so we know it's there. Also, who hasn't heard of infrared light? Or x-rays? Or how about whistles that only dogs can hear?

The point of all this is that it is literally proven that there is much more to the Universe than we can perceive. And everything that we do perceive is merely made up of many different vibrational fields. It stands to reason, therefore, that when we interact with the world around us, we are literally manipulating and changing the various vibrational fields that we all perceive as "reality." It also stands to reason, that just our intent of doing so changes these vibrational fields in ways that we cannot perceive.

This is where the knowing/intuition comes in. You still really think you are powerless? You always hear the old adage of "if you set your mind to something, you're bound to come out on top" or some shit like that. Those aren't merely words you hear or read, there is great truth in them in that when you set your intention to make something happen, and you apply all you can to manipulate reality around you, you're interacting with and changing all sorts of vibrational fields to make your goal, whatever it may be, more and more of a reality. That doesn't mean you can do the impossible, but it does mean you can often get pretty damn close.

Why is the world so fucked up? For one thing, the filthy rich bankers which have gained a lot of power for themselves through fraud, along with all those who serve them, naturally want to keep things the way they are... They want to keep you locked in fear and the BELIEF THAT YOU HAVE NO POWER. It is the monopoly-capitalistic way. John D. Rockefeller himself once said, "Competition is a sin." To the wealthy elite, any competition is a sin, so why not keep those who are already "powerless" (or who think they're powerless) to continue thinking, and therefore being/projecting themselves as, powerless.

Well listen here you elitist monopolistic criminal pieces of trash, i might be surrounded by mostly unconscious people, but i for one am aware! I for one know i can take power back. I for one am waking people up. And believe me, more and more people are waking up and resonating with this whole diatribe of doom every fucking day. Of course, there will be those who laugh and scoff at what i'm saying because they don't understand it, and they've been conditioned by Tavistock Institute-type propaganda to react this way. Well it doesn't matter to me anymore. I'm already awake, and there's no going back, and eventually much of what i'm saying will become all-too-obvious to many of them someday anyway. That doesn't mean i'm right about everything or have all the answers. Definitely not. But one thing i am more and more every day is truly aware.

And that is something you can only know deep in your heart.
